About the Event

SUMMER CAMP is gonna be hot! Literally, it's summer in the desert. So let's embrace it! Strip down and jump in the pool with the bears! We'll have day and night pool parties with our DJ Marcos Moreno.

RENT A CABIN! Err, Cabana, for only $40/day! OR get all three days for only $100. This is your "campsite" for the weekend. No, you can't sleep in it, but decorate it and make it your own. Available to you from 9am-4am daily. Includes a spot on the grass, two lawn chairs, a side table, a 10x10 popup shade canopy, and a view of the pool.

Can We Camp? Sadly no... this is a throwback party to when we could camp but sadly the city still does not allow it. It's also August... tents are way too hot!!

What's the event like? It really is whatever you want it to be. Our schedule is only a guide all the things you can do here. You can go as fast and hard as you want, or take it easy and get some sun. It's up to you. So strip down, eat, drink, relax, and enjoy it.

Most of our guests stay in hotels nearby because the CCBC generally sells out well in advance. If you want to be on the waitlist please call the resort.

EVENT SCHEDULE

Everything for the most part at BEAR SUMMER CAMP is accessible 24 hours a day. The pool, trails, play areas etc never close.

How to Attend

There are two ways to attend our events at the CCBC Resort.

OPTION #2
Buy a Weekend or Day Pass

Anyone not staying at the resort will need to purchase one of the event passes below:

GOLD PASS: Three Days Fri-Sun $119.99 (saves $30)

SINGLE DAY PASS: Any One Day $49.99

SLOPPY SECONDS ALL DAY & NIGHT SATURDAY PASS ONLY $54.99!

(Includes Resort Access from 10am - 4am)

NIGHT ONLY PASS: (9pm-4am) $35.99

All passes include free tickets to Cocksocks & Jocks at the Barracks, access to all the resort amenities, and includes Come-&-Go privileges.

GOLD & SILVER PASSES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

12 hour access to the resort each day *in the event that our parties exceed 12 hours you will be allowed to stay until the end of scheduled events*
Access to all parties in the resort day & night
You can only stay overnight as a guest in a room.
All Gold & Silver not staying in a room must be out by 4am each day, or the end of the last posted event.

SINGLE DAY TICKETS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

8 hour access to the resort the day of your selection
Access to all parties in the resort on the day you attend

OPTION #1
Book a Room at the CCBC

Rooms include Free Event Passes for up 2 Registered Room Guests in a room with a single bed. Rooms with two beds include up to 4 passes. Additional room guests will have to buy a pass.

You Must Call to Book a Room - Rooms will appear as sold out online for most events, but that doesn't mean that they are. Always call to book a room 760-324-1350

*If they are sold out you can request to be added to the waitlist.*

Other Hotels - We know it can be very hard to get a room at CCBC and many of our guests, the vast majority, stay in other hotels, AirBnB's, etc... That's where option #2 comes in -->

A VALID PHYSICAL ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL HOTEL GUESTS AND PASSES, MUST BE 21+ TO ATTEND. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RELAX IN STYLE WITH SHADE, GRASS, AND SOMEWHERE TO PARK YOUR ASS

Reserve a cabana to call your own for the whole weekend. A great option for anyone staying off-site who wants a little realestate inside the resort. Don't worry about getting to the pool early to get a chair, we've got you covered!

During themed events we encourage you to decorate and make it your own! Treat the cabana like it's a campsite. Bring your camp chairs, decorations, etc...

Know Before You Go

Always Call to Book Your Room

Rooms appear as SOLD OUT online. This is because we block them out to hold them for the event. The front desk is open 24hours to help you make your reservation.

If the event IS sold out, ask to put on the waitlist.

Clear Bag Policy

All guests not staying in a room must use a clear bag to enter the resort. This is a pain in the ass, we know, but it is for the safety of everyone. We appreciate your understanding.

Alcohol Policy

ROOM GUESTS: are permitted to bring in alcohol.

DAY/WEEKEND PASSES: No outside alcohol. Drinks may be purchased in the lobby bar from 8am-midnight.

Palm Springs International (PSP) is only a few minutes away!

Food & Groceries

There are several restaurants in walking distance, as well as the on-site restaurant The Runway open most days for Lunch and Dinner, with Breakfast on the weekedns.

Vons, Trader Joes, and Target are all close by as well.

Bring Your Own Chairs

As with all pools, chairs can go fast! If you want to bring your own chair that's perfectly fine! We only don't allow tents or popups, but umbrellas are fine.
